1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Trader Start, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Trader Start provides
Trader Start provides market information, charts, news, analytical and educational tools, account/workspace synchronization, and optional interface features that can connect to supported third-party trading infrastructure at the user's request. Trader Start does not itself provide brokerage, custody or investment services and does not hold or control client funds. Features may change, be added or be discontinued over time.
3. Information only — not financial or trading advice
All content, market data, charts, news, analysis, indicators, tools and educational material on Trader Start are provided for informational, analytical, research and educational purposes only. Nothing on Trader Start constitutes financial, investment or trading advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell, hold or trade any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for evaluating information, making your own decisions and determining whether any action is appropriate for you.
4. Trading and broker connections
When you choose to connect a supported broker or cTrader account, Trader Start acts only as an interface layer to the third-party trading infrastructure that you expressly authorize. Your brokerage relationship, trading account, funds, positions, orders, deposits, withdrawals, execution and settlement remain with the broker and are governed by the broker's own terms, systems, pricing, execution rules, market availability and regulatory framework. Trader Start does not receive your broker password, does not hold client money, and does not have custody of or withdrawal authority over your funds. You remain responsible for the broker you choose, the permissions you grant, the instructions you submit and all trading or investment decisions. Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the partial or total loss of capital.
5. Market data and availability
Quotes, charts, news, derived indicators and other market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or affected by third-party data sources and technical conditions. You should independently verify information that is material to a trading or investment decision.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and avoid attempts to bypass security, abuse rate limits, interfere with infrastructure or access data you are not authorized to access.
7. Third-party services and links
Trader Start may link to or integrate with third-party services, including brokers, trading platforms, market-data providers and other websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Intellectual property
Trader Start branding, original site design, software, editorial content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, data and content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Service changes and suspension
We may update, limit, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, third-party dependency changes or product development.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trader Start is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular trading or investment purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
Trader Start is not liable for losses arising from trading decisions, market movements, broker execution, third-party services, data transmission interruptions, delays, errors, or the use of information and tools provided on the website.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or operational requirements. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
